The consultation period has now concluded. Product Care’s amended BC Hazardous & Special Products EPR Program Plan was submitted to the BC Ministry of Environment and Parks on June 30, 2026, and is currently under review. We appreciate the feedback received through the consultation process and will continue to provide updates as they become available.
