Product Care Association of Canada’s BC Smoke and Carbon Monoxide (CO) Alarm Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) Plan is due for renewal. Product Care is holding public consultations regarding amendments to the EPR Plan.
The BC Smoke and CO Alarm EPR Plan is the approved extended producer responsibility program for Smoke and CO alarm products sold in British Columbia, managed and operated by Product Care Association of Canada pursuant to the BC Recycling Regulation.
You are invited to participate in a public webinar consultation on amendments to the EPR plan. Two identical public webinar consultations are scheduled on the following dates. Advanced registration is required.

Comments on the plan can be provided during the webinar consultations or in writing. The deadline for written comments is March 26, 2021.
