The Paint Recycling Alberta Program began on April 1, 2008. Paint Recycling Alberta is a program of Alberta Recycling Management Authority. Product Care Association administers the reporting and payment of Advance Disposal Surcharges (ADS) under contract with Alberta Recycling.
