On June 6, 2025, Product Care published the draft Hazardous and Special Products (HSP) Stewardship Plan on behalf of stewards who have designated Product Care as their third-party producer responsibility organization under the Yukon Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) Regulation.
As part of the required 65-day public consultation period (which began on June 5, 2025), we invite all interested stakeholders, including members of the public, municipalities, First Nations, retailers, service providers, and others, to participate in an upcoming public consultation webinar.
The webinar will provide an overview of the Plan and an opportunity to ask questions and share feedback. Pre-registration is required to attend.
