We encourage you to review the details of the information provided below regarding the New Brunswick Environment and Climate Change (ECC) proposal to regulate lamp products under the Designated Materials Regulation (Clean Environment Act).
Background:
New Brunswick Environment and Climate Change has developed a draft regulatory framework for a Lamp Product Waste Diversion Program using the extended producer responsibility approach that is designed to extend producers’ responsibility for their products throughout the management lifecycle i.e., end-of-life.
