Minister directs Stewardship Ontario to return 100% of the surplus funds to Industry Stewardship Organizations in one lump sum (April 2020)

On April 1, 2020, the Minister directed Stewardship Ontario to submit an amendment to the MHSW Wind–Up Plan to ensure that 100% of the surplus funds RPRA approved for fee reductions for stewards who are part of an approved Industry Stewardship Plan be returned in a one time lump sum payment.
