Dear Ontario Solvent Members,
Thank you to those who participated in our recent webinar and shared valuable feedback regarding the interpretation of “obligated solvents” under O. Reg. 449/21: HAZARDOUS AND SPECIAL PRODUCTS.
As a follow‑up to the discussion, and based on the input received from members, we will be hosting a follow-up meeting next Thursday, April 30.
We will build on the feedback received and explore next steps for follow-up with RPRA and the Ministry to ensure that the challenges raised are addressed.
