The Yukon Hazardous and Special Products (HSP) Program’s registration portal is now open! If your company intends to appoint Product Care as its Producer Responsibility Organization (PRO), please complete your registration here.
The Yukon HSP Program is tentatively scheduled to launch on December 1, 2025, subject to regulatory approval of the program plan. For program details, including product categories, Environmental Handling Fees (EHFs), and producer obligations, please visit the program page.
As part of the registration process, companies will be required to sign a supplementary membership agreement that includes a financial true-up provision, a key component of the funding model.
Upon registration, members will be required to begin reporting and remitting EHFs for sales made in Yukon starting December 1, 2025. Because the program launches at year-end, all members, whether reporting monthly, quarterly, or annually, must submit a report for December 2025 sales by January 30, 2026.
