Product Care is recruiting for a full-time Member Compliance Auditor, based at our office near Toronto International Airport. Product Care’s member auditors play a key role to ensure members are compliant with Product Care’s reporting and fee payment requirements for each program. Product Care’s member auditors also act as ambassadors, educating members on the reporting process and strengthening their relationship with Product Care.
The member compliance audit is a multi-stage process including an analysis of reporting history, reviewing requested backup documentation covering a sample period, followed by a site visit, and then completing the analysis and preparing a report.
Product Care is looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual, able to build positive relationships with Product Care’s members who span the supply chain from manufacturer to retailer, large and small, helping them improve their reporting procedures and accuracy.

Assist in streamlining Product Care’s policies and procedures and continuous improvement of the audit function.
The successful candidates will have:
Relevant auditing/compliance review experience.
Post-secondary education in commerce or accounting or a related field.
Ability to identify compliance and reporting issues by analyzing business processes.
Ability to effectively prepare and present audit reports

The position will be based at the Product Care Toronto office, near Pearson Airport, and will involve significant travel in the GTA area to conduct site visits, and occasionally to locations in Canada and sometimes the USA.
The successful candidate must hold a valid driver’s license and have access to a vehicle that is insured for business use.
