Information for all of our stakeholders, including consumers and industry members, is now available at one website, ProductCare.org, as we now operate under one unified brand: Product Care Recycling.
Previously, consumers were able to find information about our recycling programs for paint, household hazardous waste (HHW) and alarms at ReGeneration.ca, and information about light recycling was available at LightRecycle.ca. Relevant information for industry members lived under the Product Care name at ProductCare.org. For ease and consistency for all stakeholders, we have now consolidated all of these assets under one name and one website.
A consumer-first website, ProductCare.org is built so those who are visiting it for the first time can easily find the information they are looking for. The site contains information about recycling paint, household hazardous waste (HHW), lights and alarms in each province where we operate. Through analyzing years of website data and customer inquiries via telephone, email and social media, Product Care Recycling has built a new website that is optimized to address users’ frequently asked questions and concerns – primarily, how to find a recycling location.
The new website also includes dedicated sections for members and service partners. These sections include relevant documents, policies, forms, promotion and education resources and more for each respective stakeholder group.
Changing to a unified brand identity extends beyond our website, and will be applied across all of our promotional assets. Over the coming months, Product Care Recycling will introduce new brand assets under the single Product Care Recycling name. This will include new signage for recycling locations, new brochures and fact sheets, new documents and forms, and so forth. This change will take place incrementally throughout the 2019 calendar year, beginning with today’s website launch.
