The Saskatchewan Paint Stewardship Program Leftover Household Paint? Recycle it at Sarcan!Now consumers (trade painters too!) can drop off unwanted household paint at any of the 70 SARCAN depots across the province. The program is funded by eco-fees on the purchase of new paint. Find your nearest Sarcan Depot. Find out what kind of paint is accepted. Print a copy of the consumer information brochure.
