As of April 18, 2012, paint consumers, including homeowners and businesses, can drop off leftover household paint at paint collection depots located throughout Newfoundland & Labrador, without charge.

This program is operated by Product Care Association on behalf of the paint manufacturers and retailers in Newfoundland & Labrador in response to the Newfoundland & Labrador Waste Management Regulations. The program is overseen by The Multi-Materials Stewardship Board (MMSB).
